Dallas, TX (February 16, 2011) – Tempest Telecom Solutions, LLC, a leading supplier of infrastructure equipment and related services to telecom carriers and network operators, today announced the continued investment in and expansion of its Repair Division.

Jason Hamm, Tempest’s Vice President of Services, expands his responsibilities to include the Repair Division, where he will apply his professional leadership skills and over 14 years of telecom network engineering and field management experience to the further development and growth of this strategic business unit.

In addition, Hamm has brought Michael Buckalew into the newly created position of Director of Repair Operations. In this role Buckalew will lead the company’s TL9000 and ISO14001 Quality Programs, continue to expand Tempest’s repair offering, streamline operations, and further enhance the company’s commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction through the implementation of innovative programs and customer service tools. Buckalew joins the team with over 20 years of expertise in telecom operations, TQM (total quality management), repair and customer service, having managed global repair and maintenance budgets for major network operators and infrastructure providers.
