Wade Lowe, Director Program Sales, joins the Tempest team to focus on repair and technical services business development where he will manage existing program relationships and further develop repair programs in response to growing market needs.  Lowe will apply his extensive 13 years of technology and software program sales experience to package and deliver high value programs.
