Given our aggressive growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a winning team!  In this role of Sales Administration Manager, we are seeking an exceptional individual who is intelligent, collaborative, very detailed and a team player with a creative problem-solving mindset.

In this role you will work closely with our sales leaders to optimize the success of the organization’s sales team by tracking sales goals, projections, and processes. You will also partner with all other business units to optimize existing systems and procedures. In addition, you will support the sales team by fulfilling data requests, providing sales tools, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the sales teams needs are met.

  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling data to assist with sales forecasts
  • Collaborating with departments and upper management to manage and improve processes for the sales team
  • Recruiting and hiring for the sales team
  • Managing the sales support team
  • Providing data and reports for the sales team
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales efficiency
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions, comp plans, and offer letters
  • Be a liaison between the sales and other departments to work through issues as they arise

Important skills:

  • Proven work experience in management and operations
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Must be fully vaccinated

Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 plus an incentive plan to be determined based on level of experience and potential.
