The EX5-3 Network Packet Broker brings together a network switch and a network packet broker that offers high port-density for copper-based networks, and a comprehensive feature set.

For additional port traffic statistic the EX5-3 also offers DPI functionality, which can analyze your traffic and offer a variety of filter suggestions. This functionality is based on a yearly subscription — and can distinguish between 4000+ different signatures.
