The Cisco Nexus 9500 Series Switches help organizations transition from 1- and 10-Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure to 10-, 40-, 100-, and 400-Gigabit Ethernet infrastructures to support the increased bandwidth demands of scale-out, multinode application environments. These Cisco Nexus switches are designed with redundant supervisors, system controllers, power supplies, and fan trays, which eliminate any single point of failure in the chassis; and support up to 6 fabric modules. Additionally, the Cisco Nexus 9500 switches are designed for future expansion with the capability to support higher speed ports and more bandwidth.
