Please follow these steps to initiate your repair.
Submit purchase order

Package your equipment
Pack defective units appropriately for transportation: (Tempest can provide boxes/packing inserts as needed). Individual boxes should be placed on pallets when necessary. Print and Include RMA form in the box (Tempest will provide RMA form). Please also reference the RMA number on the outside of the box.

We are happy to arrange pickups as needed.
Once Tempest receives your equipment, we immediately enter serial numbers into our warranty system. Each repair receives a year warranty, which is tracked and documented on the actual unit for your convenience.
Our repair TAT is 15 business days. Tempest offers expedited repair for a fee. We can also test equipment prior to repair if requested.
For your convenience, Tempest has an online repair portal where you can track your parts during their repair process. Fault information and timeline is included.
